Regional Fundraiser for Haiti

GRADD is partnering with the American Red Cross and Greenwell-Chisholm Printing Company to sponsor the "Hearts for Haiti" fundraiser to help the people of Haiti on their long road to recovery from last month's devastating earthquake.

Would you like to improve your computer skills? If so, the Henderson County Public Library wants to help. HCPL is offering free classes this month on using the Internet, sending email, and even creating eye-catching resumes and cover letters.

Capitol Conversation

On Saturday, February 20, nearly 100 area citizens participated in the GRADD Legislative Breakfast with State Senator Boswell and State Representatives Butler, Glenn, Gooch, and Thompson, discussing key issues facing the 2010 General Assembly.
